By purchasing from MetaTrendOnline at metatrendonline.com ("the Store"), you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
We sell digital products only — Excel workbook templates (.xlsx) and PDF guides. No physical item is shipped. Products work in Microsoft Excel 2016 (or newer) and Google Sheets, as stated on each product page.
2. License
Each purchase grants you a single-user license: you may use the files for your own personal or business planning. You may not:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or publish the files (free or paid).
- Remove copyright notices or watermarks from the files.
- Claim the templates as your own work.
All intellectual property in the templates remains with MetaTrendOnline.
3. Pricing and payment
- All prices are in USD and are shown on each product page.
- Payment is processed securely by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record (handling payment processing and applicable taxes/VAT).
- We may change prices at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
4. Delivery
Files are delivered digitally — by download link and/or email — after your payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your files within a reasonable time, contact us at info@metatrendonline.com with your order details and we will re-send them.
5. Refunds
Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Store (including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it, or circumvent download protections). We may refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
7. Disclaimer and liability
Products are provided "as is". We work hard to make every template accurate and error-free, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time; the version posted here applies to new purchases from the posting date.
